The hotel was in a great location, just a short walk to all the shopping areas and Canal City, which I really enjoyed. The rooms were spacious enough for my family of four, but the beds were overly firm, making it hard to get a good night's sleep. The staff was generally helpful, though there were a few language barriers that made communication tricky. Overall, it’s a decent place for families, but be prepared for very firm beds.

The rooms were a good size, but the beds were really firm, almost too hard for my liking. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially when I needed a cab, but there were some language barriers.
